Deposit / Cancellation Policy:  50% non-refundable deposit within 14 days of date of estimate to hold reservation. Full balance will become due 45 days prior to event. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to event / reservation requires total amount of contract to be paid in full. Hourly charges begin as soon as drivers leave CTS office to start pickups (15 minutes prior to appointment, Airport transfers, 30 minutes prior to ETA (Additional hours: $85.00; plus 20% and $5.00 gas surcharge per vehicle) All changes and cancellations must be in writing or no refunds of any kind. Vendor has option to change / replace vehicle type as needed. (Customer responsible for all legal fees / costs to recover money owed)
